Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software (Circular 230 familiarity).
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, community partnerships, and local events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via Intuit tools.
