Job summary

Intuit Careers seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation and client advisory. You’ll work in a local TurboTax location, serving both in-person and virtual clients, and act as the bridge to specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver end-to-end support.

You’ll build your practice in the community, expand your client base, and deliver a trusted, personalized TurboTax experience with strong product knowledge and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years with 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax office; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours weekly.
• Must complete required training and development, including compliance.
• Wear Intuit uniforms and use name for advertising.
• Interested in building local and online presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; advisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, referrals, partnerships.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and Credit Karma as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.
