Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem of services, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. You’ll build local business, host community workshops, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience for both in-person and virtual clients.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required for tax filing by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with provided training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location; 20+ hours weekly; 8am–5pm.
• Must complete training & development; uniforms provided; branding use.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for clients.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan taxes.
• Grow local client base via outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with Intuit specialists for full-service offerings.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual meetings.
