Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and collaborate with a team of specialists to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience for individuals and small businesses. You will grow the local client base, build community relationships, and leverage Intuit’s marketing tools to create lasting value for clients and the firm.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software, familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, weekdays 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at least 20 hours per week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development and to wear Intuit uniforms; comfortable with advertising uses of your name/picture.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating tax tips and resources.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, addressing simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships; act as the local face of TurboTax.
• Connect clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, planning, Credit Karma) for year-round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional service and clear communication.
