Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at TurboTax locations across the United States. You will engage with both in-person and virtual clients, guiding them through complex tax scenarios and linking them to broader Intuit services.

You will act as a local ambassador, grow the client base, and support marketing efforts while delivering exceptional service and solutions.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
