Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert guidance at a local TurboTax location.

You will serve a diverse client base, collaborate with specialists, and help clients understand their complete financial picture through Intuit solutions. You will act as a community ambassador, grow the local client base, and deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience with in-person and virtual support.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN as required to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax clients’ returns for simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via communication tools.
