Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and guide clients through the full Intuit ecosystem.

You will engage with community members, organize local events, and build trusted relationships while leveraging TurboTax tools and resources to deliver end-to-end service on-site. Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services with training.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training and wear uniforms; may be featured in marketing.
• Ability to grow local client base and engage community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus for communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex returns.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan for future taxes.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping and payroll as needed.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
