Job summary

Intuit is seeking driven Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation and advice at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will advise clients, prepare filings, and collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

Qualifications

EA/CPA/Attorney credential preferred.
Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem teams to offer bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning services.
Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via digital tools.
