Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists across the Intuit ecosystem.

The role emphasizes community outreach, client growth, and delivering a seamless end-to-end experience for personal and small-business tax needs. Onsite hours are full-time weekdays with potential peak-season scaling.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours per week minimum, 8:00–17:00 hours.
• Willing to complete all required training and development.
• Willing to wear uniforms and participate in advertising campaigns.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, and plan taxes.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow a local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Build long-term relationships and foster client loyalty.
