Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, serving in-person and virtual clients with tax preparation and advisory services.

You will be a bridge between clients and a broader team of specialists, delivering end-to-end solutions while growing your local client base through outreach and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparations for clients across simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and community partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
