Job summary

Intuit, Inc. invites applications for a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support for personal and business tax needs, collaborating with a broader team of specialists. You will also play a key role in growing the local client base, engaging with the community, and connecting clients with the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax scenarios.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Provide exceptional customer service and end-to-end support in meetings with clients.
• Wear uniforms and participate in local marketing and advertising as a TurboTax Expert.
