Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States.

You’ll provide hands-on tax advice, prepare returns, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem to support year-round financial wellbeing. As a trusted local advisor, you’ll grow your client base, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and collaborate with a team of tax professionals to tailor solutions for personal and business needs.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return prep with 30+ 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite presence at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week, with 8am–5pm hours.
• Must complete training and compliance requirements as determined by the business.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and participate in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide planning advice.
• Grow the local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Act as a trusted guide, connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and other Intuit solutions.
