Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at TurboTax locations across the United States, delivering full‑service tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while connecting clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem.

You will act as a local community ambassador, grow the client base, and provide end‑to‑end tax services from discovery to solution, collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to ensure a seamless

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willingness to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Willingness to wear Intuit-provided uniforms and to be used in advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing
