Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our new TurboTax location teams in the United States. You will provide on-site and virtual tax preparation, trusted advice, and access to Intuit resources to help clients reach their financial goals.

You’ll collaborate with tax professionals, drive local client growth, and deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience, including bookings, reviews, and ongoing support throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax law knowledge.
•  
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
•  
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season with professional software.
•  
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
•  
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
•  
• Onsite at a TurboTax office; 20+ hours/week, Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm local time.
•  
• Complete required training and development as determined by the business.
•  
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
•  
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
•  
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
•  
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients; handle simple to complex scenarios.
