Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparations for clients at a local TurboTax location. You will grow the local client base, deliver end-to-end support, and connect clients with Intuit's ecosystem including bookkeeping and payroll.

This onsite, nonexempt role offers community engagement, compliance training, and flexible hours. You will work closely with a team of tax professionals, handling varied scenarios from W-2s to complex

Qualifications

EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax prep experience.
Active PTIN as required to file taxes.
3+ years filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
Onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, personal and business.
Act as community ambassador, grow local client base through outreach and events.
Link clients to Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and other services.
Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate, end-to-end client support.
