Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location, delivering hands-on tax preparation and expert advice to individuals and small businesses, both in person and virtually, in a collaborative team. Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years handling federal/state individual returns using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to cover full client needs.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in person and via video tools.
