Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a nationwide set of TurboTax locations.

You will provide in-person and virtual tax support, combine tax knowledge with community outreach, and work closely with a broad ecosystem of Intuit experts to deliver end-to-end service. You will handle tax returns, provide planning advice, and develop local relationships to attract clients and grow the TurboTax business within your community.

Qualifications

EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
Active PTIN required to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
Onsite at a TurboTax office; 20+ hours/week.
Must complete required training and development.
Must wear Intuit uniforms and allow name/picture for advertising.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
Lead local growth through outreach, events, and partnerships to build client base.
Connect clients to Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
Build long-term relationships and ensure a superior customer experience.
Deliver professional, in-language guidance and leverage marketing tools.
