You will serve both in-person and virtual clients, building a complete financial picture and coordinating with tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver a seamless experience. Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state Form 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business tax scenarios.
• Be a proactive community ambassador by growing local client base and organizing financial literacy events.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by connecting clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build relationships and deliver a trusted, end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and assist clients in achieving financial goals.
