Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site, delivering tax preparation, advisory services, and end-to-end client support within local communities. You will collaborate with specialists to address complex tax scenarios and expand services beyond filing.

You will engage clients through in-person meetings and virtual interactions, building relationships, organizing local events, and leveraging marketing resources to grow the local TurboTax business.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to build and grow a local client base and drive customer loyalty.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and other Intuit ecosystem services.
• Build relationships with clients to create long-term trust and repeat business.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools, addressing inquiries and tax challenges.
