Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes required by law.
• 3+ years handling 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning teams to offer end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and explain tax options clearly.
