Job summary

Intuit Inc. in the United States is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site locations. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert advice, meeting clients face-to-face and virtually to understand their entire financial picture.

You will grow the local TurboTax business, build relationships, and connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services such as bookkeeping and payroll. This role is on-site, nonexempt, and requires at least 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent or CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships while delivering end-to-end service.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists to address client needs and expand services offered.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Assist in developing local market presence and collaborating with marketing resources.
