Intuit, Inc. is hiring a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to perform on-site tax return preparation and advisory work at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will serve both in-person and virtual clients, delivering end-to-end tax services and helping to grow the local client base. You will partner with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, building long-term relationships and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Competenze

• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location and complete required training.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
