Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to handle on-site tax preparation, provide expert tax advice, and coordinate with specialists for end-to-end client service. You will engage local communities and grow the TurboTax client base while delivering personalized, high-quality tax solutions.

This nonexempt, on-site role supports customers in person and virtually, with a focus on 20+ hours per week in a dynamic tax-season oriented environment.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax prep experience and broad tax knowledge.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours per week minimum, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients across personal and business tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Collaborate with specialists to address complete client financial pictures and move them to the right Intuit services.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients achieve financial goals.
