Intuit is seeking skilled TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location across the United States. You’ll manage personal and business tax scenarios, connect clients with broader Intuit services, and actively grow the local customer base with support from TurboTax marketing resources.

Role emphasizes in-person service, community engagement, and year‑round advising.

Formación

• Active PTIN required for filing taxes
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training from Intuit
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 local time
• Willing to complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients
• Conduct discovery sessions to optimize deductions and refunds
• Serve as a local ambassador to grow TurboTax client base
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma services
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools
