Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a new TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax preparation, and collaborate with a network of specialists to deliver a seamless client experience.

You will be the local face of TurboTax, grow the client base, and build lasting relationships while helping clients navigate various tax scenarios and ensuring accurate, personalized tax outcomes.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events and partnerships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to deliver full client solutions.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
