Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in United States locations. You will provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax clients, and work closely with a broader team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions.

You will be the local face of TurboTax, responsible for growing the client base, building relationships, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a community-focused role onsite at a TurboTax location.

Qualifications

• Active Enrolled Agent (EA) certification preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients.
• Perform simple to complex tax scenarios and tax planning.
• Build local client base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
