Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, explain tax concepts, and collaborate with a team to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences.

You’ll also grow the local client base, build community relationships, and connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. Strong communication and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN and professional credentials preferred.
• At least 3 years of paid federal/state tax return prep.
• Willing to obtain additional licenses or advisory credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare returns for clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Coordinate with cross-functional Intuit teams for end-to-end service.
• Deliver in-person and virtual tax support to a diverse client base.
