Intuit Careers is seeking a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to perform on-site tax preparation, client advisement, and collaboration with a broad team of specialists. You will help clients navigate personal and business tax scenarios, from W-2 filings to complex amendments, while growing a local client base.

Qualifications

Must have EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience.
Active PTIN to file taxes is required.
Experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
Willing to upskill into bookkeeping/payroll/advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for clients.
Build local client base through outreach and events.
Coordinate with specialists to address full financial needs.
Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and virtually.
