Qualifications

• EA/CPA with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax prep software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time; hours may scale up during tax season.
• Willing to complete all required training and development; uniforms provided; may be featured in marketing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; experience in holistic tax advisory is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to build and grow a local client base.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll and financial planning services.
• Develop relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience during in-person and virtual meetings.
