Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks ambitious TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support, while collaborating with specialists to serve clients end-to-end.

As a community ambassador, you’ll grow the local TurboTax client base, build relationships, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience, using marketing tools to expand awareness and trust in your neighborhood.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA or Attorney with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes may be required
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit
• Comfort working onsite at a TurboTax office location and standard hours

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise: hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including complex scenarios
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador: grow local client base through outreach and partnerships
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem: connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services
• Build Relationships: develop long-term trust and repeat business
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience: ensure professional, helpful service in-person and virtually
