Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks a TurboTax - Local Service Expert to serve clients at a TurboTax location in the United States. You’ll deliver hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and seamless connections to Intuit’s broader services, while growing the local client base.

You’ll work onsite, 20+ hours/week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a team of specialists to ensure end-to-end support for complex and simple tax situations. CPA/EA credentials preferred; bilingual a plus.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upsell to bookkeeping/payroll/advisory with training.
• onsite 8:00–17:00, 20+ hours/week; training may be required.
• Uniforms and name usage for advertising.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and expert tax advice.
• Serve as a community ambassador and grow local client base.
• Connect clients with broader Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Maintain exceptional customer experience and trust.
