Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will serve clients in person and virtually, providing expert tax advice and coordinating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.

You’ll grow your local client base, participate in community events, and act as the local face of TurboTax, using marketing tools to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional services with training.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location; 20 hrs/week min, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in person and virtually.
• Collaborate with a team to understand complete client financials.
