Job summary

Fortrex is seeking a TA Hiring Coordinator to own end-to-end hiring at the Minnesota location. You will manage candidate engagement, local sourcing, and ensure compliance with hiring laws. Travel may be required to support grassroots recruiting activities within the market.

You will partner with HR and Operations, maintain hiring metrics, and help create a strong community network for sourcing. A 1+ year background in recruitment and proficiency with HR systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in the hiring process (Recruiter, Sourcer, HR, Hiring Manager, etc.).
• Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated communication skills both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hiring for assigned location(s).
• Develop and implement local recruiting strategies and pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and complete I-9 paperwork.
• Conduct professional interviews and extend compliant offers.
• Build community partnerships for sourcing and brand awareness.
• Provide staffing guidance to plant leadership and HR partners.
