Job summary

Fortrex is seeking a Talent Acquisition (TA) Hiring Coordinator to lead end-to-end hiring for assigned Georgia locations. You will partner with local leadership to attract, screen, and onboard talent, ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in hiring, strong communication, proficiency with HR systems and MS Office, a valid US driver's license, and ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or related HR roles.
• Proficient in HR systems and MS Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a valid and active US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hiring for assigned location(s) and sourcing strategies.
• Review applications, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and support onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and I-9 documentation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local schools, community groups, and networks to source candidates.
• Provide status updates and reports to HR Recruiting Supervisor and Operations Partners.
• Assist with offers, negotiations, and new hire orientation.
• Support local leadership with staffing and HR compliance needs.
• Perform other duties as needed.
