Job summary

TKDA is seeking a senior recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and professional roles in Minnesota, driving sourcing, pipelines, and staffing plans. You will partner with hiring managers to define talent profiles and staffing strategies while delivering a superior candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.

You will strengthen TKDA's employer brand through social media, recruitment marketing, and talent-attraction initiatives, and support campus programs and job fairs,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years leading full-cycle recruiting.
• Strong sourcing including LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, networking, referrals.
• Proven ability to build and nurture talent pipelines and networks.
• Consultative, influential partnering with hiring managers and leaders.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with multiple priorities.
• Creative and strategic thinking in talent attraction and employer branding.
• Strong relationship-building and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and recruiting technologies.
• Experience recruiting architecture/engineering/environmental/construction or similar technical roles.
• Experience developing employer branding or recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Experience supporting regional or national recruiting efforts.
• Experience creating social media content showcasing culture, projects, and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical, professional, leadership, and early-career positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, talent mapping, and industry connections.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support immediate and future workforce needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define talent profiles, and develop recruiting strategies.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.
• Partner with Marketing and HR to strengthen TKDA's employer brand via social media, recruitment marketing, and talent attraction initiatives.
• Support campus recruiting activities, internship programs, career fairs, and university partnerships; maintain ATS/HRIS activity and drive process improvements.
