Job summary

Fortrex, a leader in food safety solutions with headquarters in Atlanta, seeks a TA Hiring Coordinator to lead end-to-end hiring for local locations. You will own hiring tactics, candidate engagement, and compliance, connecting community job seekers with meaningful careers.

This role requires at least 1 year in hiring, strong communication, proficiency with HR systems and MS Office, and willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience working within the hiring process (Recruiter, Sourcer, HR, Hiring Manager, etc.).
• Demonstrated communication skills both oral and written.
• Must possess a valid and active US Driver's License.
• Must have ability to travel with own transportation in assigned territory.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish & English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hiring solutions for assigned location(s).
• Be the go-to person for hiring tactics, candidate engagement, and compliance.
• Review applications, source, screen, interview, hire, and onboard potential candidates.
• Ensure policy and compliance across hiring activities.
• Conduct professional interviews to determine right fit for the position.
• Extend compliant and inviting job offers to candidates.
