Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full lifecycle recruitment for HQ roles and provide dedicated field support across Retail, Contact Center, and Fulfillment Center operations. The role emphasizes onboarding, compliance, and a strong focus on regulatory adherence.

Based at the HQ near Madison, WI, the position offers in-office collaboration Monday to Thursday with optional remote work on Fridays.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, HQ focus and field support.
• Proficient sourcing using research techniques, Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, outreach.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end HQ recruitment, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
• Own onboarding lifecycle for HQ hires, including new-hire orientation sessions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; manage I-9/E-Verify and background checks.
• Provide field recruitment support for Retail, Contact Center, and Fulfillment Center operations.
• Assist with high-volume or seasonal recruitment campaigns and scheduling.
