Kuehne+Nagel is hiring a Local QSHE Manager to lead quality, safety, health, environment, and security initiatives at our Detroit location. You will partner with local operations, support QMS programs, coordinate audits, and drive continuous improvement across locations. Travel up to 20% is required.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards while fostering a proactive safety culture across the site.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in QSHE, Quality, Compliance, Auditing, or related field.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 standards.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is asset.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Lead local QSHE initiatives and support compliance programs.
• Drive continuous improvement across assigned locations with operational teams.
• Coordinate audits, corrective actions, and training activities.
• Partner with local leadership to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Travel up to 20% to support assigned locations.
