Job Description

General Responsibilities:

Oversee daily general office operations including coordinating all aspects of the office environment such as maintenance, supplies, and related tasks. Support fleet management, project coordination, and marketing activities as needed.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure efficient office operations through administrative tasks like ordering supplies, scheduling maintenance, greeting visitors, and onboarding new hires.
  2. Foster employee engagement by coordinating events, trainings, and sharing updates on wellness initiatives and recognition programs.
  3. Address general office questions, including timesheet matters.
  4. Support computer replacements, asset inventory, and recycling efforts.
  5. Maintain compliance with employment laws by updating posters and related activities.
  6. Assist project managers with documentation, tracking, and reporting.
  7. Support marketing by drafting and formatting presentations and proposals.
  8. Participate in the regional fleet budget process.
  9. Manage fleet administrative tasks, including vehicle rentals, insurance, PO processing, DOT compliance, and vehicle documentation.
  10. Serve as the contact for vehicle registration, maintenance scheduling, and upgrades.
  11. Review local office performance on cost factors such as asset utilization and maintenance compliance.
  12. Assist with telematics program administration.
  13. Follow safety protocols, participate in planning, and report issues.
  14. Maintain quality standards on all projects.
  15. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
