Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator. The role involves performing various duties, including:
- Supporting front office team with tools, training, and information
- Providing accurate payroll and HR recordkeeping for all center associates
- Maintaining Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Cash Handling procedures according to company standards
- Ensuring a world-class customer experience by applying Caliber Standard Operating Procedures through ongoing training and monitoring

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment
- At least 1 year of experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance coverage
ABILITIES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
