General Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily general office operations including tasks such as office maintenance, ordering supplies, supporting fleet management, project coordination, and marketing support.
  • Ensure efficient office functioning by managing office supplies, equipment maintenance, greeting visitors, onboarding new hires, and coordinating office events and updates.
  • Support compliance with employment laws through maintaining proper posters and documentation.
  • Assist project managers with documentation, project tracking, and reporting.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing materials and participate in budget processes for fleet management.
  • Manage fleet activities including vehicle rentals, insurance, maintenance, and compliance with DOT regulations.
  • Serve as the point of contact for fleet management, including vehicle registration, maintenance scheduling, and upgrades.
  • Support local office performance review related to assets, fuel, and maintenance.
  • Participate in safety protocols and maintain quality standards on projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year administrative experience.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
