Townsquare Media Grand Rapids is hiring a dynamic Account Executive to help local businesses grow their brands and revenue. This full-time, in-office role offers the chance to represent top brands across radio, streaming, events, and digital platforms in West Michigan.

You will build relationships, craft integrated marketing plans, and present compelling ideas to clients. If you enjoy competition, solving business challenges, and earning uncapped commissions, we'd love to meet you.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Confident prospecting and developing new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required).

Responsibilities

• Build new relationships with businesses throughout West Michigan.
• Create strategic marketing plans using radio, streaming audio, streaming TV, websites, social media, SEO, search marketing, programmatic advertising, events, and more.
• Present creative ideas that help clients grow revenue and strengthen their brands.
• Negotiate and close new business.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, programming, and leadership teams to bring campaigns to life.
• Become a respected business resource within the community.
