Townsquare Media Grand Rapids is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to build relationships with local businesses and act as a trusted marketing advisor. You’ll develop customized marketing strategies across radio, streaming, websites, and events to drive real client results.

You'll work with CEOs, directors, and community leaders to grow revenue, with uncapped earning potential and a comprehensive training program in a fast-paced, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build new relationships with West Michigan businesses.
• Create strategic marketing plans using multiple channels.
• Present creative ideas to help clients grow revenue and brands.
• Negotiate and close new business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to bring campaigns to life.
