You will identify opportunities, build relationships with facilities leaders, brokers, and developers, and close revenue growth through proactive prospecting and solution selling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 2–5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in commercial relocation or related services.
• Experience selling to facilities management, CRE brokers, and project management firms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close local market revenue opportunities.
• Build relationships with on-site decision makers and local stakeholders.
• Drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting and cross-sell opportunities.
