You will analyze Google Ads, Local Services Ads, organic search, and Google Business Profiles, guiding decisions without building every tracking integration yourself.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in performance marketing for multi-location services.
• Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or partners and translating work into an actionable plan.
• Strong analytical judgment; able to justify attribution and results clearly.
• Clear writing, organization, and the ability to inspect details independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop a market-by-market marketing plan and calendar with clear owners, deadlines, budgets, and outcomes.
• Direct tracking and SEO work; review recommendations and verify implementation with partners.
