Job summary

Upperline Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead SEO, paid media, and social strategies across our multi-location network.

You will partner with an external agency to set budgets, KPIs, and ensure compliant, high-quality marketing outputs. You will own local SEO, website optimization, and brand-aligned content, driving traffic, leads, and patient engagement while monitoring ROI and CAC across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive digital marketing experience.
• Experience with multi-location organizations.
• Hands-on experience with paid search, social, and organic social.
• Local SEO, AEO, GEO for multi-location organizations.
• Listings and reputation management tools experience.
• Strong analytics and reporting skills (GA4, Looker Studio, Excel, Tableau).
• Ability to manage budgets and external agencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage digital agency partners for SEO, paid media, and social; define scopes, KPIs, budgets.
• Oversee agency execution, updates, campaigns, and benchmarks.
• Improve internal workflows with scalable AI-enabled automation where appropriate.
• Ensure HIPAA/compliance-aligned digital marketing and ad tracking.
