The role requires 5+ years of marketing experience, strong digital knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and comfort using AI tools to improve analysis and reporting. A collaborative, data-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years of marketing experience delivering measurable results.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge, including attribution and lead generation.
• Advanced Excel skills; complex formulas, dashboards, modelling.
• Experience with local marketing, budget management and agency partnerships.
• Ability to use AI tools to improve analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Drive Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute integrated, omnichannel plans aligned with goals.
• Optimize Digital Performance: Improve PPC, LSA, retargeting and other campaigns.
• Lead Local Marketing: Coordinate campaigns across digital, mail, TV, radio, SMS and more.
• Partner With Operations: Align marketing with business priorities for leaders.
• Analyze Performance: Monitor results and deliver weekly insights and actions.
• Manage Budgets: Plan, track, and optimize marketing spend.
• Oversee Agency Partnerships: Collaborate with agencies and internal teams.
• Champion Continuous Improvement: Leverage Excel and AI tools to improve reporting.
