Job summary

NearU, a growing home services platform, seeks a Senior Manager, Field & Local Marketing to lead the field marketing team and shape localized strategies across its brands and branch locations. Reporting to the CMO, you will partner with branch GMs, field leadership, Operations, and corporate marketing to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.

This hands-on leadership role manages local media, digital marketing, SEO, events, sponsorships, and budgets while ensuring brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in field/local marketing leadership with a track record of generating leads and driving business results.
• Experience in account management or client-facing roles within agencies, media companies, or multi-unit orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and motivate the field marketing team across branch locations.
• Serve as the marketing partner to branch General Managers and field leadership; travel to branches as needed.
• Oversee local media planning, buying, and performance measurement (radio, TV, print, mail, out-of-home, sponsorships).
• Plan and execute home shows, community events, sponsorships, and grand openings to generate leads.
• Oversee local website content, location pages, and digital experiences maintaining brand standards.
• Lead local SEO initiatives (Google Business Profile, directories, citations) and local search visibility.
• Coordinate paid digital with the marketing team (Local Services Ads, geo-targeted search, display).
• Use CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) to track campaigns, attribution, and lead handoffs.
• Establish KPIs for leads, CPL, conversion, and revenue; partner with Ops and CS for optimization.
• Develop and manage local marketing budgets by branch and reallocate resources as needed.
