Neighborly is seeking a Local Performance Marketing Specialist to drive local marketing programs for franchise owners. You will monitor, coach, and optimize the local plan mix to deliver acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across markets.

In this role, you’ll present plans, sell programs to owners, and develop reporting that links activity to qualified leads and top-line revenue. A strong analytics background and remote-ready work style are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 3+ years marketing experience in a franchise service/retail setting.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into action.
• Ability to work in a remote/hybrid environment and manage multiple local programs.

Mansioni

• Monitor and coach franchise owners on local marketing plans and channel mix.
• Track performance metrics including leads and revenue; analyze trends.
• Present pre-launch and ongoing local marketing plans to drive break-even and growth.
• Sell in local programs to individual franchise owners and aggregate participation.
• Develop roll-up reports on franchise participation and impact on revenue.
