Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, growth, sales, marketing, consulting, or operations.
• Experience in consumer technology, telecommunications, or subscription services.
• Strong execution mindset with ability to operate independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy and execution for California, achieving ambitious targets.
• Act as local market owner for awareness, acquisition, partnerships, and performance.
• Develop and implement new customer acquisition channels with partners.
• Lead marketing initiatives including field events, activations, and community outreach.
• Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, operations, and finance to scale programs.
• Track subscriber growth and ROI; report results.
